Description
[edit]Pink and blue ginger [Curcuma aeruginosa] is a type of turmeric whose rhizomes have pink tips and greyish-blue or blue centers. Except the rhizome, the rest of the plant resembles Curcuma caesia, which is Black Turmeric, a turmeric with bluish-black rhizome. Pink and Blue ginger is claimed to have medicinal properties, as that of Black Turmeric.
