Ohne das "/de" am Ende (also http://www.wikilovesmonuments.de/ ) wird man nach Wikipedia:Wiki Loves Monuments 2017/Deutschland weitergeleitet, was vermutlich beabsichtigt ist. Upload wizard

At Wikimania 2017 I received the question if it would be possible to merge all the upload wizards for Germany (one for each state + some cities) into one upload wizard for the whole of Germany. Today I have reviewed the situation of all the upload wizards to see what is possible. I have noticed that the 21 upload wizards differ too much, to keep it easy and understandable for the participants. It seems at first sight that if the uploader has to choose during uploading in which German state the photos have been taken it would be easier, but at such clicking on the link for the right state just before uploading is easier than a collapsible menu for each photo. On top of that do the various German upload wizards ask for different information, some ask for entering a monument number and the Stadtteil, others only the Ort. All together would make that the single upload wizard too complex for easy use. And in general what practical rule is applied is that with a different monuments system, a different monument template is inserted, and a different upload wizard is used.
