Talked a bit to @Alicia Fagerving (WMSE) about how to modell the umbrella project and realised that for newer batches we have used on focus list of Wikimedia project (P5008) to capture this (see e.g. this image). If we in the future want to be able to generate these templates from SDC, then it might still be worth encoding it within the partnership with (P2652) statement. A proposed stucture can be seen below.
