Notice of declined DMCA - NAIS logo

Hello Commons — I'm writing to let you know that the Wikimedia Foundation has declined a DMCA takedown request for material on Wikimedia Commons. As this is due to the fair use doctrine, we are letting you know about it in case you would like to put the file through the Commons deletion processes (or move it to a wiki that allows fair use).

The file in question is File:Horizontal-NAIS-logo-thin.jpg. It's currently only used on the English language Wikipedia. Thank you! Joe Sutherland (WMF) (talk) 23:44, 12 May 2022 (UTC)

I've actually deleted the file under COM:CSD#F2 since we don't allow fair use and this image is above the threshold of originality. I've reuploaded on English Wikipedia under fair use here for any editors to see: w:File:Horizontal-NAIS-logo-thin.jpg. Magog the Ogre (talk) (contribs) 00:47, 13 May 2022 (UTC)
