Watch your words, the User!

[edit]

User:INeverCry accuses me here in creating some "bogus PD-USGov licenses" which means that I am trying to trick or deceive people (see the the meaning of the word bogus) by counterfeiting or faking those licenses. Besides, User:INeverCry presents here her above accusation under the name of User:elcobbola (??!). Is it the same person or what?Vshustov (talk) 03:04, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

@Vshustov: I didn't file this DR or write any of those words. Elcobbola (another person, yes) did that part. If you'd like to contact him, you can do so on his talk.

I came along a week later and deleted the files because I agreed that the licenses were incorrect. If you feel the deletion was in error, you can post an undeletion request at COM:UDEL explaining why. Also, FYI, I'm a 40 year-old man with a big bushy beard. I have no interest in disputing eligibility for Commons of each of the deleted images which were mentioned by Elcobbola. I request the apology for the "bogus licenses" only. Thanks!Vshustov (talk) 06:02, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I've said the the purport that the PD-USGov applies to these files is bogus, not that you created the license ("accuses me here in creating (sic)") nor that you are "trying to trick or deceive people". Per meaning no. 5 of your reference, "bogus," in this context, means "Based on false or misleading information or unjustified assumptions." (emphasis mine) Your contention that NEES works are of federal authorship is indeed false and an unjustified assumption, as has been pointed out to you time and time again. No problem on my part. But I need your advice: what particular licenses may I use for my own uploaded files to avoid your possible attacks for my alleged copyright violations?Vshustov (talk) 07:05, 19 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
