Very confusing table

I can't make heads or tails of this table. Why is every country listed twice? And why does every entry include 2 links to the same page? Surely there must be a more organized way to present this information. Kaldari (talk) 22:19, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Well I'm open to suggestions! The double-listing is weird - the country name column is supposed to span two rows - see eg Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Afghanistan-table. I'm sure it did last time I looked! Rd232 (talk) 22:28, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Incidentally, the function of the two rows is: row 1: summary info; row 2: summary of the relevant copyright tags. Rd232 (talk) 22:29, 22 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
