Wiki Loves the Olympics (WLO) is a public photo competition around the Olympic and Paralympic Games created in 2016 by the Wikimedia Brazilian Group of Education and Research. The public takes photos of the games, upload those to Wikimedia Commons, and then they can be used in Wikipedia and elsewhere. The main goal is to provide updated content regarding each edition of the Olympic Games (Winter and Summer) for the Wikimedia movement.
