Wiki Loves Public Art 2013 in Barcelona is organized with the support of Amical Viquipèdia in the scope of the city of Barcelona (Spain), based initially on the public art catalogue published by the city council and the University of Barcelona.

Legislative situation

In Spain there is freedom of panorama for "works permanently located in parks, streets, squares or other public thoroughfares" (see Commons:Freedom of panorama#Spain). Works included in the catalogue that do not comply with the provision of freedom of panorama will be marked somehow advising not to upload a photo if you are not sure what you are doing.

Lists of public art in Barcelona are available from ca:Llista de l'art públic de Barcelona. Those works marked with icon (x), in principle, do not enter the contest if it is not proven in Commons that freedom of panorama applies.
