This year Uzbekistan again will participate in the famous Wiki Loves Monuments photo contest. This contest is dedicated to the cultural heritage monuments and runs worldwide: in 2024 56 countries took part, and Uzbekistan is one of them!
Take pictures of culture heritage monuments in Uzbekistan and upload them to Wikimedia Commons.
Only the listed sites are accepted. The list of sites is provided by the organizers only in Uzbek. Karakalpak, Russian and English translations are in preparation and, sadly, are not ready this year.
You should take photos yourself and release them under a free license like CC-BY-SA-4.0.
Photos can be taken at any time, but should be uploaded between October 1, 00:00 and October 31, 23:59 (UTC+5).
