"Wiki Loves Monuments" is an international photo competition that aims to collect photos of historical monuments and cultural heritage sites on Wikimedia Commons for use in Wikipedia, the free online encyclopedia, and other projects of the Wikimedia Foundation.
What? - Armenian heritage objects will be the target. To see the list of historical monuments, you can find immovable monuments of history and culture in the lists of regions of Armenia.
When? - In the period between October 1-31, you can upload images of monuments photographed both before and during October, provided that they are your photographs and have not been uploaded to Wikimedia Commons before.
Who? - Anyone from any country can take photos and participate in any country's contest.
How? - Register on Wikimedia Commons upload your photos between October 1-31, entering the monument number for each photo. Find the monuments in the lists of immovable monuments of history and culture of Armenia. Click on the "Upload image" link next to each monument and follow the instructions. Take pictures of the monuments. You can photograph many monuments or one monument multiple times from different angles, but avoid excessive repetition. Sort the photos by number. Each photo has its own number, which must be entered when uploading the image.
