In this meeting we want to set the agenda for the offsite meeting in Como this weekend.

• Friday: define a mission, what we want to work on.
  • Goals: Arrive at a shared understanding what we want to achieve. What are we going to do and not do.
• Sat/Sun:
  • Goals: arriving at a general direction, ideally looking a few years ahead. What do we have, and what do we need to achieve those goals.
  • S: Start with some kind of review of what WLM started like, looking back? (Lodewijk or Lily)
  • The pipeline will be the focus here: first looking at the bigger picture, then zooming into the segments?
  • We'll take 2016 as the status quo, and improve upon that.
