    • OTRS tickets and assigned countries to each team member. The OTRS tickets are handled through the OTRS system and the table with countries is currently handled through a big google docs spreadsheet

    • Workshops and sessions at international meetings such as Chapters meeting, Wikimania Iberocoop and others

  • List Moderation
    • There are currently 3 mailing lists??: Announcements, General and Africa. The moderators for each one are: Lodewijk and Tomasz. We should discuss here tasks related to list moderation only. Tasks concerning sending emails to this lists should be discussed within the topic.
  • Press Contacts
    • Discussions, tasks and information related to press contacts
  • Winners for each country and global
    • Discussion and tasks related to communications with: winning pictures of each country as well as winning pictures of the international contest.
