• Grant: Lodewijk met today Sandra from WM-NL, there is a question still open in the grant request.
• There is an open question on the grant page, asking for more details about what professional support means:
  • Professional support means that we need to hire a PTE, and that would be under WMNL. 1) Technical 2) Project management
    • Project management need not be opted for as of now!

Legal agreement

Sandra will negotiate with WMF to amend something in the agreement. Subgrants.
(A) Lodewijk contact WMIL to see if they can function as backup.

Karthik will become liaison, Cristian serves as backup. (A) Lodewijk communicates to Sandra.

Tech overall

Cristian talked with Platonides on . As a consequence, Cristian contacted Maarten to get a better understanding on what needs to happen, but didn't get a reply yet. They created an inventory on Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2013/Technical things.

Things to be added: adding countries (Tomasz maintains overview on bugzilla; link: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/buglist.cgi?list_id=212064&query_format=advanced&bug_status=NEW&component=Sources&product=Wiki%20Loves%20Monuments ) maintaining erfgoedbot.

Vadim (user:spider) volunteered to help with the adding countries. (A) Lodewijk put him in touch with Platonides.

David volunteered to help with the jury tool.

Mobile app

Tomasz Finc should be getting in touch with a liaison. Cristian will become the liaison with Tomasz Finc.

Some communication is ongoing on the mailing list.

Guinness

Few fixes to be done on the list. (356987) is the current number. Lodewijk has also put together more documents, and he is looking for witnesses at this time.

WMNL might be willing to pay for a fast track application. The question is if that would be worth it - it would make the PR easier and better because otherwise the result arrives in September or October (regular application is 6-8 weeks; fast track is 3 days). Lodewijk asks if anyone has heavy objections against this if WMNL would like to pay this. The general opinion seems to be that it might be worth it, from a communication point of view. We don't feel very comfortable with it as a matter of principle, but there might be value in it in our specific situation.
