Wiki älskar kärlek 2019 (WLL) är en internationell fototävling som strävar efter att dokumentera uttryck av kärlek i mänsklighetens kulturella mångfald. Från monument till ceremonier, från diverse symboliska kärleksföremål till ömma gester, låt oss visa världen hur människan uttrycker kärlek överallt och på så många sätt.
En första upplaga anordnades 2016, av Psychoslave som del utav ett sidoprojekt för Wikipedia 15 i Strasburg. Den hade ett smalare tema, mer geografiskt riktat, och agerade pilotprojekt på en regional nivå.
Tävlingen pågår från den 1 februari till 28 februari 2019
Projektet kommer att pågå ett internationellt plan. Det kommer dock att anordnas vissa specifika tillställningar (marknadsföring, kommunikation etc.) i vissa länder med deltagande anknytningar i deras region.
Vad händer med foton eller media efter att de har laddats upp?
Alla foton eller media som används på Wikipedia är uppladdade till en webbsida som kallas Commons. Detta är en enorm och underbar databas av bilder, ljud, och videoklipp. Alla mediafiler är publicerade under fri licens – detta betyder att de är fria att återanvändas av vem som helst så länge som de anger vem som skapat bilden eller mediafilen och fortsatt låter dem vara fria (under samma licens). Vem står bakom?
Wiki älskar kärlek organiseras av Wikimedia-gemenskapen med hjälp av (när möjligt) den lokala Wikimedia-communityn eller användargrupper. Tävlingen kommer att finansieras av Wikimedia Foundation och lokala parter i olika länder.

What are the technical requirements for the pictures?
There aren't any general technical requirements for the pictures. All self-taken photos that fulfilled the other basic rules and fit within the Wikimedia Commons scope will be accepted into the contest. The main goal of Wiki Loves Love is to collect as many pictures that can be used on Wikipedia as possible. Quality pictures are essential to the success of your entry and the competition. All images uploaded via the special upload wizard will be put in the Category:Images from Wiki Loves Love 2019. If you do not use the specialised upload wizard, please add the template {{Wiki Loves Love 2019}} to the tags so that we can identify the image as part of the contest.
Where will special activities take place?
Affiliates that would like to host events to present Wikimedia Commons, and organise photo hunt parties or mass-upload sessions events can list themselves here.
The organizers of the Wiki Loves Love competition reserve the right to modify these rules or to cancel the contest at their sole discretion, even after it has started. The organizers accept no responsibility for the provision by the sponsors of any prizes, nor of any liability whatsoever in respect of this contest. Neither the rules nor anything on these pages amount to an offer to create legally binding relations with any of the organizers. Members of the jury and continental organizers are not eligible to receive any award (although they are otherwise welcome to contribute images).
