Règles
- Règle 1: Les auteurs téléchargeant des images doivent détenir les droits d'auteur.
- Règle 2: Les photos doivent être téléchargées dans le délai imparti du 1er février au 31 mars. Vous pouvez entrer des médias (photos ou/et videos) qui ont été pris à tout moment, même des photographies historiques (tant que vous détenez les droits d'auteur sur ces photographies), mais elles doivent être téléchargées pendant la période du concours.
- Règle 3: Toutes les entrées doivent être sous une licence de droit d'auteur libre, ou la publier dans le domaine public. La licence préférée utilisée par l'assistant de téléchargement est Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International (CC BY- SA 4.0).
- Règle 4: Toutes les photos éligibles doivent avoir une identification. L'identification se fait en marquant l'image avec {{Wiki Loves Folklore 2023}}. Cette balise est automatiquement ajoutée lors de l'utilisation du bouton bleu avec un lien de téléchargement spécial sur la page principale du concours.
- Règle 5: Les photos qui sont liées de quelque manière que ce soit aux catégories répertoriées sont éligibles.
- Règle 6: Les participants doivent activer l'e-mail sur Wikimedia Commons afin qu'ils puissent être contactés si leur image est choisie pour un prix.
Notes on videos
Other files, such as audio and video, are welcome. For videos, please submit files in the following formats: .ogg .ogv .webm .
- Due to complex intellectual property rights issues, Wikimedia Commons can not accept video content that is submitted in any other format. A helpful 'how to' guide on how to convert video media into these formats can be found here on Wikimedia Commons. It is suggested that you upload video content one video at a time.
- Please note: Images uploaded on Wikimedia Commons must be under Commons scope. Out of scope images can be deleted without notice. Copyright violations and Vandalism will be strictly dealt with and can even lead a block. Kindly read the FAQ page for further useful information on this contest.
Ineligibility
- Photographs that are already on Commons (this means re-uploading is not allowed).
- As the images will be hosted on Wikimedia Commons, all entries must fall within Commons scope. Any that do not will be disqualified and may be deleted without notice.
- Images with watermarks, timestamps or image credits on the picture itself or any other kind of editing which associates the image with the uploader are not eligible.
- Pornographic images and videos are not accepted in this contest.
Judging criteria
The judging will be done by a panel of international Wikipedians, professional photographers and subject specialists, based of thumb rules of photography and as well as the community standards.
- A good photo has a good story to tell.
- A good photo removes all unnecessary distractions from the chief element, so that the latter is not out of the focus.
- Potential usefulness and overall value of the image (including its licensing) to the Wikimedia projects.
- Technical quality – Image parameters such as focus, lighting, saturation, ISO etc. will be taken into consideration.
The jury will judge individual entries based on the following criteria:
- Technical quality
- Originality
- Potential usefulness and overall value of the image (including its licensing) to the Wikimedia projects.
