This page describes the process of adding open license text to Wikipedia. Please fill in the fields like this:

License statement URL = The URL for the publication on the UNESCO website, unless the license is not listed in the publication, then use the URL where the license is listed
Currently you can only add open license text to English and Spanish Wikipedia.
Recommendations: if publication makes a recommendation e.g "We recommend..." please rewrite it to say "UNESCO recommends...". It would be helpful if the reason behind the recommendation was given if possible e.g "UNESCO recommends ... because ... ".
