[edit]

  • Nomination Coach No. 23 of the Wuppertaler Schwebebahn departing at station "Hauptbahnhof" --Augustgeyler 07:59, 11 October 2020 (UTC)
  • Decline
  •  Comment I hate to say it, but: this looks better after using the "perspective correction" tool in Darktable (using "lens model" set to "specific"). --Bobulous 15:54, 11 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  CommentSorry, I think I did not get it. It is already set to specific lens correction and very light perspective correction. --Augustgeyler 17:08, 11 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Focus is not well done. The front of the Schwebebahn is not sharp enough for me. Also it needs a perspective correction, it is hanging to the right (see note) --Michielverbeek 05:17, 15 October 2020 (UTC)
  • ✓ Done I added a new tilt- and perspective correction. Some perspective distortion can't be eliminated because the vehicle is driving in a high angle above the photographer. Would like to see more opinions. --Augustgeyler 10:45, 15 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Agree with Michielverbeek in terms of focus, should have been on the front of the wagon Poco a poco 09:04, 17 October 2020 (UTC)

[edit]

  •  Comment It's not about the color for me. The "Three Brothers" sign isn't very sharp and the white light is diffusing in an odd way, with some purely black areas, and do the halo outlines of the letters exist in real life? -- Ikan Kekek 09:41, 17 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment The black areas assumed here are actually black in real life. The carvings of the black letters are indeed in that shape. The white text is also very bright in real life so it should be seen that way there. I can sharpen that section but it’s pretty much seen this way in real life. --Vincent60030 14:04, 17 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment I didn't mean the black letters. I'm focusing specifically on the white sign and the black rectangle it's contained within. Do you see the halo letter outlines I mention, and do you see the purely black areas in the rectangle? One is above the "e" in "Brothers"; the other is below the space between "Three" and "Brothers". -- Ikan Kekek 08:59, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment Oh, I get you now. Yes, they do exist in real life Ikan Kekek :D --Vincent60030 09:15, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

  • Nomination UAZ-3163-015 AP as military police patrol car.
  • Decline --Kirill Borisenko 19:05, 10 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Blown sky, no details --Podzemnik 19:41, 13 October 2020 (UTC)
  • ✓ Done HDR added. Is that better? --Kirill Borisenko 19:53, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Oppose The car is OK, but the surroundings are overprocessed, especially the sky and the cloud. Greetings --Dirtsc 06:33, 15 October 2020 (UTC)
Look on the source file. How about it? --Kirill Borisenko 22:09, 15 October 2020 (UTC)
In both images, the background shows strange (overprocessed?) boundaries of clouds and other objects. I don't see aproblem with the car itself, except the somewhat dark shadows. Greetings --Dirtsc 06:38, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Both versions are showing an unnatural overexposed sky. --Augustgeyler 09:35, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Oppose I agree about the sky, but what I noticed first was the reflection on the vehicle's windshield. I usually have tolerance for reflections, but this one is really distracting. -- Ikan Kekek 11:44, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
Reflections is an exhibit preparing for excibition effect, I think. :) Is any ways to make photo without it? I'm interested for future. --Kirill Borisenko 17:17, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
It may not have been possible to get a QI of this motif from this angle with these atmospheric conditions producing those reflections. -- Ikan Kekek 09:43, 17 October 2020 (UTC)

  • Decline
  •  Support Good quality. --MB-one 07:26, 12 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Oppose Too dark shadows, top is unsharp. --Augustgeyler 09:36, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
  • ✓ Done Lightened shadows and sharpened top --Scotch Mist 15:19, 15 October 2020 (UTC)
  • Was it taken with a polarization filter? --Augustgeyler 09:38, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
  • No, only filter used here was UV --Scotch Mist 10:24, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Comment I am sorry. But I think it is still too dark. Would like to see what other reviewers think! --Augustgeyler 09:34, 17 October 2020 (UTC)
  •  Oppose The composition doesn't work for me, perspective problems, crop problems, sorry. Sebring12Hrs (talk) 15:46, 17 October 2020 (UTC)
