It is common practice to categorise files of a certain topic that depict nudity under a separate subcategory of that topic. For example, Category:Nude people with hats under Category:People with hats. This is intended to avoid displaying nudity files to users unexpectedly when they look at a category.
However, it does not effect the search results. Searches like ducktales, Super Mario, adblock, cushions, captcha, egg cooking, fake news, dualsense, finger, chatgpt all still display unexpected NSFW results that most other large sites like reddit blur (including in subsites dedicated to NSFW content).
