Sudan Envoy is the photostream of U.S. special envoy to Sudan Gration. The stream is cc-by, maybe it is PD-USGov but im not sure, therefore cc-by should be the better choice. I toke some samples from the stream, its consistent in camera EXIF, I have no doubt that they (the office of the SE) created the content and can release it via flickr. Interesting photos on Sudan, South Sudan, economic development projects, high ranked politicians (presidents, state governors etc). Good filenames, "Sudan Envoy - <flickr title>" should do it. Some photos are on Commons already but I assure, its only 116 images, to care if there are duplicates and categories etc. --Martin H. (talk) 23:43, 22 January 2011 (UTC)
