Bot's tasks for which permission is being sought: Mass creating similar categories in Special:WantedCategories. Currently these:

1. Categories starting with RCE suggested:: create category with [[Category:RCE suggested categories]]
2. Categories ending with (aircraft): create category with [[Category:Unidentified aircraft]]
3. Categories ending with Land of Valencia: create category with [[Category:Land of Valencia|?]]
4. Categories containing a file that is categorised in Category:Cultural heritage monuments in Kharkiv: Create category with [[Category:Kharkiv|?]]
5. Categories containing a file that is categorized in Category:Uploaded with Open Access Media Importer: Create category with [[Category:Uploaded with Open Access Media Importer and needing category review]]
6. Categories starting with Images from the Geograph British Isles project needing categories in grid: create category with __HIDDENCAT__\n{{User:Avicennasis/emptycat}}\n[[Category:Images from the Geograph British Isles project needing categories by grid square|%s]] where \n is enter, %s is the grid. (I'll disable this as soon as Harzard-Bot starts working correctly on task 9)
7. Categories containing an file that is categorised in Category:Images from the Rijksdienst voor het Cultureel Erfgoed: Create category with [[Category:Rijksmonumenten places to be classified]]

Discussion

• I think will be good idea to split process into three parts:
  1. creating list of wanted categories with bot;
  2. human review of that list;
  3. creating approved categories with bot.
• Such separation will help to handle situations like misspellings, synonyms, mix of languages, etc.

  Yes, but the categories my bot create is categorized in categories like to be classfied or unidentified. The people who does the identifying can mark it as speedy if it's misspellings. In addition, there is a list at Special:WantedCategories. --Zhuyifei1999 (talk) 10:45, 8 July 2013 (UTC)

  Sorry for being away recently. Foroa told be to do this, and I do support it because people might not notice them in Special:WantedCategories. (Searching in 5000 results is really tiring) --Zhuyifei1999 (talk) 09:11, 16 July 2013 (UTC)
