Note that since the uploads are "upload by URL" the bot needs the bot flag to get the necessary associated rights. For this reason the test uploads were made using a different bot account (mine) which already has this right. /André Costa (WMSE) (talk) 13:16, 28 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
