All photos from album https://fotki.yandex.ru/users/neu-zwei/album/204591/ with "CC-BY-SA" license tag in EXIF (you can watch it online by clicking ... and selecting Показать EXIF (show EXIF) — screenshot. There are all photos from the begging of album (newest photos) to photo 495482 on page 48 (the first CC-BY-SA photo uploaded in this album).
To get the html code, go to this page, then select Выделить фотографии: во всем альбоме (Select photos: in entire album) and select quality оригинал (original) and copy html code from the upper text area. (screenshot). After this, remove all xml descriptions of photos after description of photo with number 495482, because all files after it don't have CC-BY-SA license.
Next, use XML description of photos to upload it on Commons:

- use href attribute inside <a> as the description of source. In example it's https://fotki.yandex.ru/users/neu-zwei/view/696532/
Create a temporary category for these photos (for example Category:Uncategorized photographs by Neu-Zwei) inside the category Category:Photographs by Neu-Zwei.
