The 17c High altar / Altar mayor was created by Jaime Viñola and Diego Martínez, and was painted by Agustín Leonardo and Gil Jiménez. It is divided into five section separated into three rows with a predella. The panels depicts scenes from the the Life of Jesus Christ and Mary flanked by figures of the patron saints of the bishopric. The sculpture in the central niche is the Virgen de la Huerta and was made by Pere Johan in the 15th century.
