Grouping multiple conversations on specific religion into one at the parent level. Josh (talk) 23:51, 8 May 2019 (UTC) I recommend that this category and its subs be renamed Category:Writers of religious literature, Category:Writers of Christian literature, Category:Writers of Islamic literature, etc. Any writers presently categorized here merely for their own religious identification and not for the subject of their writings should be removed from this tree. - Yes, Category:Jewish writers for writers who are Jewish, regardless of subject matter, and Category:Writers of Jewish literature for writers on Jewish subjects regardless of their personal ethnicity or religion. Josh (talk) 17:19, 10 June 2019 (UTC)

Done. Some of the content in Category:Jewish writers should still be added to Category:Writers of Jewish literature but it's beyond my ability to do it properly. - Themightyquill (talk) 07:06, 28 August 2019 (UTC)
