I have no idea why someone has decided that this category should be redirected to forests. Woodlands are not forests, forests are not woodlands. To provide an example, all savannas are, by definition, woodlands. Would you really categorise the Serengeti as a forest? If not, then you understand why woodlands should not be classified as to forests. Mark Marathon (talk) 23:42, 3 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
