@Antony-22: I wonder if this category and Category:Lower Scioto Rail Bridge should actually be plural. Seems there are lower and upper sets of two. -Another Believer (talk) 20:34, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Sixflashphoto: Pinging you as well, in case you're familiar. -Another Believer (talk) 20:34, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
For this one, maybe. The lower of the two bridges seems to be the one usually called the Upper Scioto Rail Bridge, but Google isn't revealing a distinct name for the uppermost bridge. For the lower bridge, it's two parallel spans on the same footings, which should count as one bridge. Antony-22 (talk) 23:46, 22 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Antony-22: , @Another Believer: So are we using this category for 39°57′51″N 83°00′46″W / 39.964175°N 83.012894°W / 39.964175; -83.012894 and 39°57′52″N 83°00′32″W / 39.964330°N 83.008808°W / 39.964330; -83.008808? ɱ (talk) 23:08, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@: I remember being slightly confused when I was trying to organize my photographs from Columbus and create new bridge stubs at Wikipedia, but I've forgotten the details by now. Do you have a suggestion? -Another Believer (talk) 23:13, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Not really, I don't think people will care to have the two upper bridges distinguished here, and it'll be difficult to identify whether it's the west or east one in some photos, so I'd just say keep both upper bridges in this cat and pluralize it. ɱ (talk) 23:16, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@: Works for me! -Another Believer (talk) 23:29, 26 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Notable?

[edit]

@: Also, I'm not sure if the bridge(s) are notable enough for a Wikipedia article. (en:Discovery Bridge (Columbus, Ohio) has a red link). See also: Lower Scioto Rail Bridge. -Another Believer (talk) 17:33, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
