[edit]Oppose World standard (xxcept UK) and subcats is train station. --Foroa (talk) 13:28, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
- "Except UK" says it all. It's plain wrong. Which part of the world does have railway stations?
SupportI believe that British English is the standard for Europe.-- Gürbetaler (talk) 18:57, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
- Weak support, purely through personal preference. Neither British English nor American English applies particularly here, or in any non-English speaking country. — Tivedshambo (t/c) 19:19, 23 November 2010 (UTC)
Support Railway station is the translation for Bahnhof. Railwayfan2005 (talk) 20:17, 10 January 2011 (UTC)
Oppose Translations do NOT apply (Commons is in English). Therefore, all categories use the Commons-established English pattern (which Commons has fixed to "train stations", not "railway stations", for various reasons I will not repeat here). The only exception / exceptions to this rule are English-speaking places like the UK where the official/everyday and ENGLISH word for them is different. Ingolfson (talk) 06:08, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
- In any case, no clear support for a move, removing the tag. Ingolfson (talk) 06:08, 4 February 2011 (UTC)
