Move
[edit]@Hedwig in Washington: Your suggestion that this category should be moved to Category:The Arsenal Museum should be here. Please confirm this and the reason (official name). Regards. Allen4names (talk) 20:28, 21 December 2016 (UTC)
- @Allen4names: Moved first request over as well. Input pretty please? --Hedwig in Washington (mail?) 03:00, 22 December 2016 (UTC)
Choices of category names:
- Washington (state) National Guard museum / To be consistent with the other category names in Category:Washington (state)
- The Arsenal Museum / According to the website this is the official name.
- @Hedwig in Washington: First I do not think you should have removed {{Move}} as anyone seeing the category page would not see any indication that a move is being considered. Second the name you proposed seems a bit ambiguous (Google search link for Arsenal Museum). Perhaps
Category:The Arsenal Museum (Fort Lewis)Category:The Arsenal Museum (Camp Murray) could work? Allen4names (talk) 08:19, 22 December 2016 (UTC) P.S. I should have read the article first. My bad. Allen4names (talk) 08:26, 22 December 2016 (UTC)- @Allen4names: Camp Murray, Fort Lewis..... Close enough. ;-)) The problem with NOT removing the template is that not all movers actually look for a discusson page. If seen too many just moved and oopsy daisy. Happened to me as well. We could make a big RFC out of it, in the end it's just a category, we'll get that fight. I don't know, I liked the Wash State part in your proposal. How about Category:The Arsenal Museum (Camp Murray, Washington)? There's another Camp Murray in in Utah. --Hedwig in Washington (mail?) 00:22, 24 December 2016 (UTC)
- @Hedwig in Washington: Okay by me. May wait a few days to see if anyone objects. Allen4names (talk) 00:41, 24 December 2016 (UTC)
