I think it would be useful to have a distinction between sheltered bicycle stands and other types of racks. Stands provide sideways support for the bicycle frame and provide for much more convenient locking (using a standard "short" lock) of the frame to the parking infrastructure (stand). Many (50% ?) of the pictures in the category category:Sheltered bicycle racks now are of this type. For example one called "Par à bikes, Waitrose, Jèrri"

Possibly in this refined category could be pictures of sheds that provides the same functionality but not using U-racks / Sheffield stands. For example the image called "Bicycle shed with support for bicycle frames"
