[edit]i chose "roast meat" instead of "roasted meat" because search results from several largest corpuses on https://www.english-corpora.org/ seem to suggest "roast meat" is more common, and https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/roast shows that roast and roasted are probably interchangeable.
