Why is there a picture of a road when the object is a mountain range? Why can I not get the mountain range picture in Wikidata showing in the infobox? Eddaido (talk) 03:55, 6 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Eddaido: please specify the file's name. Secondly, it seems that Wikidata-related question is solved--Estopedist1 (talk) 05:58, 7 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Many thanks, here's the file's name Rimutaka tops from Oriental Bay (cropped again).jpg. It does not seem to have been solved. Can you explain why you think it has been? Thanks, Eddaido (talk) 06:02, 7 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Eddaido: I don't know the topic well and to me, it seems that Wikidata image (File:State Highway 2 (Rimutaka Hill Road) near the top of the range..jpg) describes this mountain range pretty well. If not, which image do you suggest? Also notice that there is article in enwiki--Estopedist1 (talk) 05:08, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Mount Everest
@Estopedist1: We seem to be talking at cross purposes. I have two problems, the more pressing one is to know why I am unable to change the image displayed. Can you tell me that? Thanks, Eddaido (talk) 05:31, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Eddaido: now we have same image what is in Wikidata. I saw, that you changed it in Wikidata. Just a null-edit was needed--Estopedist1 (talk) 10:54, 9 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Estopedist1: Many thanks for the explanation. I would have said I had carried out a number of null edits. The joke about it is the picture is not (strictly) of the Remutaka Range so I must switch it back. I still think showing a picture of a road half way up (say) Mount Everest cannot be regarded as a representative image of Mount Everest.
