'Reading Station Clock Tower' seems a strange title. Wiki convention is for the term 'railway station' to be used in the UK to distinguish against, for example, bus stations. Also the captialisation implies that this is a formal name but, as it is just a part of another building, this seems unlikely. Category:Reading railway station clock tower seems more logical.
