Special Forces
[edit]Sorry but these are not special forces as they are not a unit. Instead they "just" pass a course.--Sanandros (talk) 21:40, 8 September 2018 (UTC)
- It is sure that rangers are normally distributed to each units, but they are regularly assembled, train and organize the ranger units if necessary (it is often done during disaster response missions), so they can be described as non-permanent special units. In addition, permanent ranger units are established within the Amphibious Rapid Deployment Brigade, and they are officially certified as special operation units. --Panda 51 (talk) 15:33, 9 September 2018 (UTC)
- OK where is the proof that they are special forces?--Sanandros (talk) 06:07, 16 September 2018 (UTC)
- Please see this instruction given from the Director General of the Defense Agency. In the Article 1 paragraph 3, it is announced that Ranger platoons are installed within the Western Army Infantry Regiment (predecessor of the Amphibious Rapid Deployment Brigade) and certified as special operation units.
