OTRS permission

The OTRS permission to use the 4 photographs initially uploaded under this category pertains to the photographer (Jacob Truedson Demitz) who took the pictures for submission to Commons under that OTRS. In this case, the Southerly Clubs organization is not aware of any obligation to obtain permission from the sculptor of the statute, which is located in the middle of a public street. It seems, I find, the sculptress has been dead since 1945. Commons has images of a number of her other works. SergeWoodzing (talk) 07:50, 15 February 2011 (UTC)

In that case, her copyright will expire in 2016, and the image can be undeleted then. If her other works are also located in countries without freedom of panorama, the same applies of course. –Tryphon^☂ 09:02, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
