@Kennethaw88 and I have traded a couple of undos today, the issue being whether this category should be linked directly to Category:Government buildings on the National Register of Historic Places or not. I have twice removed that link because this NJ category is also linked to Category:Post office buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, and that category is already within Category:Government buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. Therefore, to add this NJ category to the government buildings category as well as the national post office category violates the Commons overcategorization policy. — Ipoellet (talk) 03:56, 17 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
