Definition of scope?

Is this for all transverse twin engines, or strictly for those 4 stroke engines with 360° firing intervals?

The name parallel twin is applied to both. Although (particularly in the UK) there is some assumption that it is reserved for 360° firing, past discussion at en:WP showed that it can be sourced that it's used for both. There is probably value in having a specific sub-cat for 360° firing, but there might need to be some naming changes? Andy Dingley (talk) 14:38, 26 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
