  •  Oppose No need to make it inconsistent with the parent and other subcats. --Foroa (talk) 08:52, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Support The subcats of Category:Paintings by Claude Monet by museum are arranged in alphabetical order by city. This is a rather elegant approach which I would like to see applied more widely as it groups museums in, e.g., Paris, London or New York together, rather than similarly named museums. "Paris" should be added to the cat's name because its key is "Paris, Musée d'Orsay". Ham (talk) 19:42, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Support I don't know why consistency within Musée d'Orsay subcategories should be more important than consistency within Paintings by Claude Monet by museum subcategories. The more so, the version with a city included is more precise. A museum's location is important - nobody knows locations of every museum in the world. The argument that it is a big and famous museum is pretty weak. Who is to decide which museum is so famous it doesn't need location? Of course, a location can be found somewhere else. Like everything else. But I think this website has been created to ease searching... Marac (talk) 22:18, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Oppose Paintings by Claude Monet by museum is currently sorted by city, but it should be sorted by museum since that's exactly what the category is supposed to be governed by given the name. Sorting by museum name is the expected sort order and then allows continued consistency with the children in Category:Paintings in Musée d'Orsay. – Adrignola talk 16:16, 6 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Oppose addition of Paris is an unnecessary disambiguator, location of the museum can be addressed by the inclusion of a description in the category the can be multi-lingual Gnangarra 07:55, 8 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
