[edit]I have carefully checked the records of the USCO for the period 1950-1958 (by eyeballing all of the original pages of renewals, all of which are on line, and 1978-present by using the USCO searchable database for that period. There is no record of Otto Perry having renewed his copyright on any photographs, so it appears that all of his images from the earliest through 1930 and from 1950-1963 are PD. . Jim . . . .
