Is there a mistake?

[edit]

I think Trivet (see several language WP articles on "trivet") should not include two "opposite" items. As my English is not that good I will use the Turkish terms: We have here some "nihale"s (the three items to the left at this moment) and two "sacayağı"s (the two items to the right). The first group of items is used on a table, with the aim of not burning the table cloth or the table itself. Their function is to "prevent the heat" from passing. The other two items, what I call "sacayağı" in Turkish language, are used to place beneath a kazan or "sac", on an open fire, and their function is to "let pass" the fire and heat, just the opposite of what a "nihale" does. (This is why I opened a "nihale" category to separate things. I am not sure if in English there is only one word for two instruments with a "conflicting use". In that case, we may place the "table item" (the one used for not burning the table or the table cloth with a hot pan) in the special category I opened, or find another name for separating these items. Thanks. --E4024 (talk) 06:59, 21 November 2016 (UTC) P.S. I had not seen the category:Pot stands before I wrote the original note to Trivet. So you may ignore my talk. --E4024 (talk) 07:09, 21 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
