Belgium vs. NL

This category needs a distinction between the Dutch and Belgian organisations with the same name. Whereas the Dutch organisation is mainly medical, the Belgium organisation looks mainly a social organisation. Wiki-NL has two separate entries. It seems logical to do the same in Commons.
