- I am writing on behalf of the metochion of the Optina pustin monastery in regard to your message about the Russian wiki-page of the orthodox Church of the Dormition of the Mother of God in Saint-Petersburg, Russia.
- The Church of the Dormition of the Mother of God (the correct name) is the metochion the Svyato-Vvedensky Optina Pustyn monastery. Its Russian name is - Храм Успения Пресвятой Богородицы (подворье Свято-Введенского монастыря Оптина пустынь в Санкт-Петербурге).

- Мирная жизнь Киево-Печерского подворья закончилась в 1917 году, во время государственного переворота. В эти годы монахи подворья сохраняли богослужебную деятельность храма, но к марту 1932 года все они были арестованы, осуждены за контрреволюционную деятельность и отправлены в Соловецкий лагерь и в ссылку в Казахстан
- В июне 1932 года Успенский храм подворья из Ставропигиального ведения был передан в Ленинградскую епархию, подворье существовало как приход Успенской церкви, состоявший из верных прихожан.
