[edit]I'm French and living in Rabat for ten years. So I can assure that the kasbah of Oudayas (or Oudaïas) is not in the medina, but just close. It's a dictinct and older district, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and Salé, just separated from the medina by the coastal road. So, Category:Kasbah des Oudaias should be at the same level as Category:Medina of Rabat.
Idem for Chellah (overlooking the valley of Bou Regreg, near the Royal Palace), and Category:Hassan Tower (close to the Mohammed V Mausoleum, somewhere between the medina and the Chellah) : not at all in the same district. And in Category:Walls and gates in Rabat, some places are not in the medina.
