These photos of artwork were all taken outside, so the governing policy is COM:FOP Germany; the other is a portrait of the artist. I would suggest that the copyright notice is inappropriately alarmist and not likely to be the least bit relevant to any of these photos, and as it already caused confusion in a COM:VIC nomination of File:Mülheim-Kärlich, Sitzende von Martine Andernach 1996.JPG by User:Spurzem, in a discussion involving User:Charlesjsharp and me, I would like to delete the notice and invite User:Martin Sg., who added the notice, to give a good reason not to delete it. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 03:15, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds sensible. "Taken outside" is not important though, it is taken from a public place or could have been taken from a public place. Charlesjsharp (talk) 11:51, 15 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Right. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:40, 16 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As discussion has died down, I will go ahead and remove the notice. Discussion could always be renewed, but if so, I would request that the participants be pinged. Thank you. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 06:34, 18 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
