Golling

[edit]

[1]: A wooden bridge spans a river. In the distance are mountains, and then a church spire and the houses of a village. The details of the composition may be based on the topography of specific locations in the Danube valley, but the landscape is probably not intended as a view of a particular place. @Primaler: How do you argue [2]? regards --Herzi Pinki (talk) 00:50, 28 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Primaler and Eweht: once more. What is the reason for relating this painting to Golling? Can we skip this relationship? --Herzi Pinki (talk) 22:31, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
That's a really good question. (My contributions just followed the cats which were already allocated when I first saw the image. Thought that somebody else knew better ;-).) Most likely it's not Golling, because the castle looks different (compared to today's shape) - even though the mountain in the background might be the Kleine Göll. As far as I can tell by knowing the location: If there has been a bridge like this, you could not have seen the Kleine Göll in this direction. --Eweht (talk) 23:27, 3 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
acc. to google it's an anonymous landscape. So if there is no evidence about Golling, we should not assume a relationship. --Herzi Pinki (talk) 00:25, 4 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I removed all cats with relation to local places. --Herzi Pinki (talk) 07:49, 18 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
