[edit]This shopping center is in the Houston limited purpose annexation area (compare map to physical location). Despite having a Katy address, it is not in the City of Katy. The City of Houston stated in 1996 that: "The U.S. Postal Service establishes ZIP codes and mailing addresses in order to maximize the efficiency of their system, not to recognize jurisdictional boundaries."
