Categories 'Japan Railway Freight Containers' vs. 'Japan National Railway Containers' ?

Should this category not be placed in/under 'Japan National Railway Containers' ?

I can see how '..Railway Freight Containers' (can) form a sub-category of '..Railway Containers' —
but is there a difference between 'Japan Railway..' vs. 'Japan National Railway..' ?

Plus: I think we have too much (MoS) en:capitalization here.

UPDATE — I realise now, that 'Japan National..' refers to the name of the country's public railway until/through 1987 – and the main issue is moving to the right spelling and capitalization — be it:

• 'Category:Japan Railways Group freight containers' ? — — (count the capitals: meaning "freight containers of the 'Japan Railways Group' ");
• but maybe 'Category:Japan Railways Group cargo containers' — would be less confusing ?

because there is a subsidiary called 'Japan Railways Freight' — commonly called 'JR Freight', so:

• strictly speaking, 'Category:JR Freight (cargo) containers' would be a correct subcategory of the above ?
