Questionable image

[edit]

I'm not sure whether the image shown should go in this category. I find it difficult to see the difference between the red and green spokes (I think that I'm deuteranomolous) but it is obvious that they must be different colours based on the description, so the colours aren't really essential.109.150.134.159 16:46, 22 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I went ahead and tried to fix it. I followed the U.S. traffic light school of thought that green should have more blue in it, and red should have more yellow. I did more mixing for other types of colorblindness. The only one I'm not so sure about are people who are completely colorblind. But I think they can distinguish well enough. If someone wants to go through and edit line thickness or something, that would probably make it even better. Trlkly (talk) 20:03, 9 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Categories

[edit]

It seems like there should be a category or categories for images which convey information using color, such as Category:Color diagrams. It seems like there should be a category for the substitutes for images which are not "fixable". Hyacinth (talk) 01:20, 12 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
