The present name of this category "High schools and secondary schools in the Netherlands" is not correct. Education systems in various countries differ.

There are several types of schools in the Netherlands under the umbrella term of "voortgezet onderwijs" which reasonably is grouped under the nomer of secondary education / secondary schools in an international and/or english-language context. But now this name of High schools and secondary schools . (with the word "and") suggests that there are USA-styled "High schools" in NL ~ quod non.

The solution is simple: The correct name of this category is: "Secondary schools in the Netherlands", which is also understandable by USA-ns (people in the USA/Estadounidenses).
