Is it possible that there is anothe Harry Fenn that born in 1938 and died in the same year 1911?
this work done by "Fenn, Harry, 1838-1911 -- Artist".
I check olso in Google books snd I found Harry Fenn mentioned: American landscape and genre paintings in the New-York Historical Society: a catalog of the collection, including historical, narrative, and marine art, Volume 2:
