There were several coachbuilding companies named Gangloff:

  • Carrosseries Gangloff, Colmar (France; 1919-1960s); The most renowned automobile coachbuilder with this name, and well respected for Bugatti coachwork, it in fact started as a subsidiary of Carrosserie Georges Gangloff from Geneva. Did some bus and truck coachwork after the war.
  • Georges Gangloff, Geneva (Switzerland; 1878-1936); built carriages since 1878 and automobile coachwork since 1903. Subsidiaries in Berne, Zurich, and Colmar (France). Closed 1936.; successor in Geneva became Carrosseries Sécheron (1936-1967)
  • John Gangloff, Lausanne ; active 1909-1912 only
  • Gangloff AG, Bern (Switzerland). Successor of Georges Gangloff in Bern. Active in funicular air- and railway cabins, trams, specialized rolling stock, coachwork for trucks, trailers.
